辻あべの料理専門学校を卒業後大阪にて修行、熊本に帰り熊本市八王子町にて開業。故郷、天草の食材を使ったイタリアンが評判。After graduating from Tsuji Abeno Culinary School, he trained in Osaka before returning to Kumamoto, where he opened his own restaurant in Hachioji-machi. His Italian cuisine, featuring ingredients from his hometown Amakusa, has earned a strong reputation.
